主要材质分类：

          灰铸铁：HT150~300(FC150~300,GG20~30)独到的经验，最大限度抑制C型石墨的产生，以保证厚大铸件加工面的光亮度和致密度。

          普通球铁：QT400~700）（FCD400~700，GGG40~700）使用精选优质生铁和废钢，30年的心得和经验，高品质的铁水、精雕细琢的工艺水准、优良的本体球化率+100%UT检测，是新联公司的主要特。    

         风电耐低温球铁：QT400-18L（EN-GJS-400-18LT）.开发品种为1.5MW风力发电侧面轴承体等。

         等温淬火球墨铸铁（ADI）: 是我公司现在主打材质，生产品种主要为行星减速机上的行星齿圈、行星齿轮轴、直经2M-6M齿轮的齿段。其重量从30-800公斤不等。其材质为欧州标准EN1564：1997中EN-GJS-1050-6和EN-GJS900-8，该二种材质综合性能远优于普通球铁和低合金钢材质，其优良的高强韧性、良好的减震性和耐磨性具有广泛的使用空间。

Tianjin Xinlian Casting and Forging Co.， Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise with a registered capital of RMB 7.8 million yuan. As the main business item， it is producing ductile cast iron parts under 2 tons. Now， it has 110 employees， including 1 senior foundry engineer， 2 foundry engineers and 8 worker-technicians. With about 3D-year experience in producing common ductile iron， these personnel have quite great technical strength and developing ability. Its workshop covers an area of 10，000 sq. meters， with an annual productivity of 8，000 tons. The Company's basic business purpose is Clients Uppermost and Honesty First. Main Material Categories:
1. Gray Iron: all produced with cupola to avoid to the minimum the possible C-type graphite occurrence in the gray iron due to the use of electric furnace， so as to ensure the brightness and compactness of machined surfaces of big and thick cast parts. Grade: HT150 - 300.
2. Common Ductile Iron: all produced out of quality pig iron and scrap steel with electric furnace. It is the Company's strong suit gained from 30-years' research and experience. Grade: QT400 - 700.
3. The National Standard QT400-18L (EN-GJS-400-18LT) was successfully developed at the end of 2008 for a type of side bearing body used in 1.5MW wind power generation.
4. Austemper Ductile Iron (ADI): a prime material produced by our Comapny， mainly used for making planet reducer's planet gear ring， planet gear shaft， segments of gear 2M to 6M in dia.， with a weight varying from 30 to 800kg. The material is compliant to European Standard巨N1564: in 1997， Grades EN-GJS-1000-5， EN-GJS-900-8， and DCQT900-8 for Austemper Ductile Iron as seen in the document submitted on July 10， 2008 for approval as National Standard of China. These two kinds of materials are much better than common ductile iron and low alloy steel in all-round performance. They have broad prospects of use due to higher ducitility， excellent shock-absorbing ability and abrasion resistant quality.
5. Alloy Cast Iron: featuring heat resistance and corrosion resistance， used to make parts for Tianjin Toyota Motor， and also make reaction vessel and mixing shaft of alloy ductile iron.
